Emerson/Griffey Jr. similarities

I knew I was noticing the striking similarities, watching Emerson's recent HR swings:

I see the kid standing taller with little knee flex unlike Colt's
stance, it may be because Colt is shorter than the Kid, the
finish look's similar, however.

This was posted earlier in another thread, but it deserves its own thread.

Their initial stance is different, with Junior standing more upright, but the swing does look very similar.

Before seeing anything on social media on this observation, I noticed the uncanny similarity as it happened. This is all it was, not a "Oh gosh, Emerson is Griffey reincarnated" or anything like that.

What a trip that this kid is 20 years old. He does NOT look like a rookie most of the time, imo.

It's a smooth follow through that's about it though. The stance really isn't the same.

Swing still looks really similar. Pretty swing. That's what matters.
