We're seeing the real Nick Foles this year.

6 TD's and 4 INT's now. Lumbering pocket passer who, with time, can make plays. Against a decent pass rush he looks totally lost. He had no answer today. Awful.

It's hard to imagine Chip Kelly looking at this guy and thinking, "I'll hitch my pro-career to this QB." Kelly didn't even draft Foles.

Finally Foles was exposed... been waiting for that one.

I think the Giants might run away with the NFC east now...

PS that was the WORST NFL game I have seen in some time. Wow, both teams sucked beyond sucking.

He had a tough outing, on the road, without an O-line. And against one of the league's premier Ds that were in a must win situation. With all respect bro, "Finally" exposed could certainly be something other than exposed, especially if you look at his body of work. Really not dissimilar to someone saying RW was exposed because he finally threw an int, last week.

RW, Luck and Foles are (arguably) as good as any drafted trio in the past 30 years. He played like a stooge at times today, but the same could be said for Elway, Marino and / or Kelly.

Niners won a game I think they should have won, with defense and the running game. They are certainly not the same team we know, especially on the O-Line.
Davis x2 injured? Status? Brooks has dropped off a bit but the defense did a great job of keeping the Eagles off the field. Did themselves a big favor.

Cut Foles some slack, he had a bad game. His o-line was atrocious all day and the 49ers defense took advantage of it. He is still a good quarterback.

This was a game i was very much not wanting to watch. The eagles are crazy explosive and have the weapons to give the niners fits.

Niners outgained the Eagles 2-1. The Niner D held the Eagles O to ZERO points. Niners ran for over 200 yards.

Was it always pretty? No way. Still to many penalties and too many shots to the foot. Ya know what tho? A win is a win is a win.

What a gift for the Niners. The Eagles are major pretenders.

Tell me about it. Not only was the call bad in the first instance, but Sproles is covered by TWO guys, what sort of crazy decision was it to even throw there and continue to run out clock (same with McCoy catching the ball behind the LoS on first down, though fortunately the holding call stopped the clock for them).

Looked at the list of teams Foles played over the last year since he became starter - NYG, TB, DAL (x2), OAK, GB, WAS (x2), ARI, DET, MIN, CHI, JAX, IND and today SF

Prior to today the only D that was even remotely solid in 2013 was Arizona, and that's a game they played following a bye, at 1pm eastern.

When his WRs don't get absolutely miles of separation like they usually do, Foles looks pedestrian. I can't wait to see him crumble against us.

They, along with the rest of the NFCW will be swept this year. This is a bet I'd be comfortable making. Especially with how well our D knows the tendencies of Kaep, now. What worked for him sporadically in the past, will be his un-doing in the future. That, and you just can't fix stupid.
