We got lucky, we paid ref, we cheated. As far as i'm concerned those are all the same.

All I know is we are in the Superbowl and people can't handle the reality.

The onside kick where the guy from their "hands team" let the ball bounce off his face...I know the kick was high and slow to allow everyone to get into a cluster and hope for that kind of thing to happen, but it was still kinda lucky.

No, he wasn't supposed to touch the ball. His job was to block Chris Matthews so Jordie Nelson could catch it. 3rd string TE blew his assignment. Bad football. We executed our assignments on that play.

Sad thing too is his coach and teammates all are throwing him under the bus in the post game comments. He didn't lose it for them but it certainly didn't help.

Feel for the dude, maybe we should see if he can come to Seattle and earn a spot with the Hawks where we don't do that crap.

That's so messed up. Up until the 2012 game, I had always had a lot of respect for the Cheeseheads, but this kind of crap should be beneath them. Can you imagine Manning or Brady ever acting so classless? Or Holmy or Pete throwing a player under the bus like that? Maybe that sense of entitlement that comes from the fans is rubbing off onto the coaches and players out there.

Remember all the times we've heard (from other fanbases), "Act like you've been there before."........? Well they need to practice what they preach out there in the land of Cheese. The Packers are starting to get into the same sleazy ballpark that the Vikings organization is in.

We were lucky, so what? We were lucky at times. We were also unlucky at times.

I can understand why people here don't like it when others say we won because of luck, but I don't get the level of sensitivity there seems to be. Luck is kind of an essential part of the game. Didn't we win both coin tosses? Winning the overtime toss definitely was lucky. HHCD choosing not to go for the ball on the 2 pt conversion was lucky for us. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

A lot of things did go our way in those last five minutes but a lot of things had gone against us before that. We are not a team that commits 5 turnovers and RW is a lot better than he played in those first 55 minutes. And if packer fans want to give their defense credit for that then they have to give our players credit for what we did at the end of the game to win.

If Green Bay or New England had pulled that off, they'd be hailed forever. As it is, pretty much all we will hear about for the next 2 weeks will be about the great Marsha, Marsha, MARSHA, Brady. Go Hawks! :thirishdrinkers:
