I won’t argue your point, but did you take the time to watch the video?
No doubt in my mind that he had a significant influence on the current squad.
I wouldn’t want to stress the cap to keep him, but I’m a fan and pray that he gets another ring as a Seahawk.
He ABSOLUTELY has the attitude that I want to see in the players of the team I root for.

I think if he doesn't retire after winning a SB at home (which I see as kinda likely) they'll rework his contract and let him stick around another year or two.

He has to understand/know that his days are limited.
Having said that, how can we not appreciate and be thankful for him and his contributions?

His Ave per year even at face value isn't alot anymore. No hurry to cut him. He will make some nice plays this Sunday.
Yeah I do. So much as I got his jersey a week after he signed in Seattle. He was a killer on the Rams and one of my favourite non-Seahawk players for years. As a Hawk fan for many years I don’t feel guilty for liking other players on other teams even if they are playing on bitter rival teams.
Coop is a good person and a helluva football player. Glad he’s on our team.

If he's not a Seahawk next year, Kubiak will use him to turn the Raider wr room into a competent group. Can JS land a pick or 2 during the draft in trade?

He's been the consummate professional who has made big plays during the season and in the playoffs.
And I feel he has a few more big plays this Sunday.
Can't wait to see him get another ring and also have one more ring than Stafford.

I think if we manage to re-sign Shaheed, it may be at the expense of Kupp who, I agree, will probably head to the Raiders and be a player-coach basically there.
I don't think we can re-sign Shaheed AND keep Kupp unless JS pulls some typical JS magic again...

right. I wasn't implying that you putting up the vid was bad and/or people shouldn't watch it.
I was just saying that, for my part, I don't need to watch a vid to confirm whether I like Cooper or not.

Coop definitely isn’t getting any younger but, I can actually see him playing the next two seasons. In a significant role at that. Slot. Shaheeed downfield burner…JSN - everywhere.
Coop has made some straight up money plays this year. I for one, do not care if he’s getting 1K a season. That’s not what we need him to do.
He’s still, and will continue to be, one of the best blocking WRs in the game. “If we just needed a guy to block, we could pay less” - Bullshit. It’s no coincidence that JSN has done what he’s done since Coop came.
Yah…I wasn’t as ‘on board’ before the season. Aging WR…coming off injury…etc…
All in now.
Additionally, I think he will be hangry (yep..hangry) for more. I think he’ll want more than just one season with the Hawks. He’ll want to be remembered as a Hawk…not as a Ram.
Coop is on a 3 year deal. No real worry as his cap hit is set for 2026.
