I know we are still in the driver seat for the Division Title but everyone in the NFC West lost today and the other three teams lost early in the day. This was a big game that we needed to win to secure the division. I know we are beat up but we win this game we pretty much win the division. The Giants now have more wins then us and they are playing a lot better. We do not want to go to the east coast to play the Giants or the Redskins in the playoffs. Well maybe the Giants, I love that Stadium!

We cannot afford to be the third seed this year. We have to be number one or number two seed to have any chance at the Super Bowl.

I agree with other posts; the sky is not falling but this was a bigger game then most people think. Hopefully we got our last bad game out of the way.

I think I should point out that because the rest of the division lost too, Seattle actually improved it's odds and standing to win the division by reducing the magic number to clinch the division from 4 to 3. By the time we get done playing Green Bay, we have a good shot at having the division clinched.

Also don't forget that we still have a half game lead (and the tiebreak) vs the Atlanta Falcons. Not only that but Seattle only has two games left on the road and the last (at San Fran) is very likely to be entirely meaningless.

I also think that the Seahawks got humiliated today by an inferior team, I doubt very seriously if anyone on the team (injuries or no) is going it take this lying down......and so I expect the 'hawks to come out with their hair on fire for the rest of the season.

In short, the Seahawks laid a big stinking egg today, and the O-Line forgot to show up and play (Britt not playing probably had a lot to do with that), but I don't think this will happen again.

Today stinks, but I still like our chances.

Just let this week go. We'll be fine. It was certainly an atrocious performance but the teams' been hitting it hard for the last few weeks. It's not like we have a cupcake schedule. Have faith!
