This guy is playing right where he left off in preseason. 5 for 5 with a TD early in the game against the Jets on the road.

Obviously it's early but this guy is exciting and could turn out to be a good one.

He's going to be good. Like Russ in that KC preseason game his rookie year, Carr was going through his reads and making good decisions, i.e. throwing to single covered receivers vs. us in week 4 of preseason. When a QB is capable of that as a rookie and he has good arm strength, (Carr does), he's going to be a good one. The game Nov. 2 will not be a blowout for us IMO though I do think we'll win of course.

If anybody could screw him up though I would say browns then raiders so hopefully this kid can tune out the noise and focus on football, but he does look like the real deal from here
