More on Ponds. Direction-changing moves doesn't get much smoother than this:
So Bradford is still the man?Corner or D Lineman, imo.
Having a name that starts with A, B, C, or D is all that's required.
I think D'Angelo Ponds is an intriguing player, but most experts mock him in the mid to late second round. The Seahawks probably have a player more highly ranked than him at 32. Maybe if he's around at pick number 64.I think the poster that mentioned Ponds a few months ago, got it right. he's more like 5'8, but apparently plays bigger and can play all over.
Just need garlic apparentlyWhomever can best negate Nacua, natch.
I could see him starting againSo Bradford is still the man?
Possible.Probably. But I can see us grabbing Mcneil-Warren, if he’s still on the board.
Except for last year, when they only took one DB in the draft (Nick Emanwori), the Seahawks have taken 2 DBs every draft since 2022. 2022--Coby Bryant and Tariq Woolen, 2023--Devon Witherspoon and Jerrick Reed, 2024--Nehemiah Pritchett and DJ James.Possible.
I'm not implying they'll take a cb at 32 but they have to get at least 1 db . They lost a couple .
If you think about it , Seattle could make a case for just about every position. For that reason I'm with you on BPA, J Schneider has a way of finding the kind of players he wants.Except for last year, when they only took one DB in the draft (Nick Emanwori), the Seahawks have taken 2 DBs every draft since 2022. 2022--Coby Bryane and Tariq Woolen, 2023--Devon Witherspoon and Jerrick Reed, 2024--Nehemiah Pritchett and DJ James.
I think that they'll take BPA, but also think there's a reasonable chance that it could be a DB.
I think they will trade down more than anything but should they stay I bet they just take BPA regardless of position. CB and Edge being most likely to be BPA at that spot with how top heavy those positions are.I have a feeling they may go O-Line again at #32 (if they even keep the pick).
So we should expect Dansby to look like Terrell then?So Terrell is 5'11". And Matt Ryan is listed as 6'4". Not a huge difference, though Matt does have to bend down a bit to hug Terrell. I guess the camera angle/perspective makes their height difference appear more dramatic.
Compared to the CBs we just drafted:
- Julian Neal: 6'2"
- Michael Dansby: 5'11"
Of course not. Dansby at 5'11" absolutely dwarfs Terrell at 5'11". (Right back at you bud -- if you thought I missed that, guess again.)So we should expect Dansby to look like Terrell then?
