I think the poster that mentioned Ponds a few months ago, got it right. he's more like 5'8, but apparently plays bigger and can play all over.

Having a name that starts with A, B, C, or D is all that's required.

Who is this poster? Never heard of them.

Are these actual 30 official visits? Zoom visits? Or Combine visits?

Edit: These are Combine visits.

I think D'Angelo Ponds is an intriguing player, but most experts mock him in the mid to late second round. The Seahawks probably have a player more highly ranked than him at 32. Maybe if he's around at pick number 64.

Looks like the Hawks are covering all bases. So anywhere they end up picking CB they'll be prepared. I PREFER a big guy. A 5'7" 155lb player is less scary.

Possible.

I'm not implying they'll take a cb at 32 but they have to get at least 1 db . They lost a couple .
Except for last year, when they only took one DB in the draft (Nick Emanwori), the Seahawks have taken 2 DBs every draft since 2022. 2022--Coby Bryant and Tariq Woolen, 2023--Devon Witherspoon and Jerrick Reed, 2024--Nehemiah Pritchett and DJ James.

I think that they'll take BPA, but also think there's a reasonable chance that it could be a DB.

If you think about it , Seattle could make a case for just about every position. For that reason I'm with you on BPA, J Schneider has a way of finding the kind of players he wants.

I'd be a little shocked if the Hawks went CB at 32 or even with their 1st pick if they move back.

I have a feeling they may go O-Line again at #32 (if they even keep the pick).

I think they will trade down more than anything but should they stay I bet they just take BPA regardless of position. CB and Edge being most likely to be BPA at that spot with how top heavy those positions are.

Well, Terrell may have been a pretty good CB for Clemson, but he sure doesn't look Seahawky walking up to Matt Ryan.

So Terrell is 5'11". And Matt Ryan is listed as 6'4". Not a huge difference, though Matt does have to bend down a bit to hug Terrell. I guess the camera angle/perspective makes their height difference appear more dramatic.

Compared to the CBs we just drafted:
  • Julian Neal: 6'2"
  • Michael Dansby: 5'11"

So we should expect Dansby to look like Terrell then?

Of course not. Dansby at 5'11" absolutely dwarfs Terrell at 5'11". (Right back at you bud -- if you thought I missed that, guess again.)

Was JUST passing along a vid that surprised a lot of Falcons fans.
