It seems that the FO has conducted themselves with integrity regarding players and money. Thus, other players could be more likely to trust in them to make right on those kind of things, seeing the way the FO hasn't screwed anybody.

This part I do agree with 100%. The problem is if you cut Rice and then try to say hey we honor our contracts.... The salary increase to Browner was the right way to handle business. We don't know if he said he would sit out or what was said and that is part of the beauty. Completely quiet then an announcement. The way business should be done

Yeah remember when he traded their 1st round pick for Branch, let a top 5 gaurd walk to pay a top 10 RB top 5 money, drafted Jennings, traded up for Carlson, and you know totally destroyed a Super Bowl roster in just 2 years. I know you we're being sarcastic but I can't help but make jabs at Ruskell.

Depends, we could easily extend him for a couple of years with some more guaranteed cash but lower overall salary per annum.
He's due 13 million over the next 2 years, 20-23million over 4 with 13 million guaranteed?
From Miller's point of view there's no risk of losing anything, but he gets an extra 7-10 million if he's here 4 years, but the cap hits can be fudged a bit

I think it would be a good idea to start talking the cap increases next year with the new television contract. I am not sure how much however.
