Firstly I apologise if I've put this in the wrong place. Wasn't sure where to post.

It looks like hubby has accepted the fact that his wife is a Hawks fan!

Congrats!

I hope you like it. The author used to be the main editor over at FieldGulls. His name invoked strong opinions over time but all acknowledge his writing skills as top notch.

Thanks for the hint! I ordered the book right away. Since I only started to follow the Hawks near the end of Hasselbeck era, that should provide a good set of information from earlier times. I've done the google/wikipedia thing, so this should go a bit deeper.

Don't do everything that book recommends, apparently if you do you die.

I have to check that book out. I just got done reading "Then Zorn Said to Largent: The Best Seattle Seahawks Stories Ever Told", which was pretty damned funny in places, a really great read (my favorite part was the toilet paper story :)). I got it for really cheap used off Amazon. The shipping actually cost more than the book, and when it arrived, it turned out it was a hardback no less!

I'll have to keep an eye open for that one... Though not sure when I'll be able to get a copy. After this I've got two other books to read... Not football related.

Ya outta add "Notes from a 12th Man" to your "Seahawks" reading list if you haven't read or don't own the book. Good stuff as well.
