This is really disappointing. He was the player I was most excited about to watch. We are now down to 1 healthy TE and our last pre-season game we ended up with no TE and and had to put an OL out there who had no idea what he was doing. We are bringing someone in tomorrow it appears.

I couldn't help but root for the guy. I wanted him to outplay everyone watching how much heart he played with on every snap.

Too bad, he seemed to add more dynamic pass catching at the position. A lot of practice injuries for your team, which is unfortunate.

Sounds like there is some interest in bringing in receiving-TE Joseph Fauria. That would seem to be a good fit. Or perhaps Zach Miller or Fred Davis if they are healthy.

Ok, you guys have experienced a disproportionate number of injuries over the past few years. Let me guess, there is at least one "fire the training staff/strength and conditioning coach" thread over on your native forum? We were there in '09, I believe.

That sucks, but it's not like the cards were going to be very good anyway... I doubt they'll be able to fluke their way into the playoffs again. :stirthepot:

Yes John Lott was let go by Arians and he has been a fan favorite for years. The name certainly pops up from time to time when injuries occur.

I don't know if we are a playoff team this year. I think the schedule will be too difficult to overcome and we finish with 9 wins missing out on the last wildcard spot Mr Ducati

Well if it makes him feel better he will probably have the company of Carson Palmer in the near future.

Bruce Arians' philosophy is all about having his players getting injured, that's how he maintains his rep, and keeps piling up Coach of the Year awards.
