You need to find a different GIF of that as its over 2 million bytes.

I can make it avatar size for you easily but that won't change the byte size. And I don't know how to change byte amount or even if it can be done. Perhaps someone here will know.

Download a free image editor like XnView and resize the image. You can also change the memory size with one of those.
