Tom Brady has made every OC look good. None have them have succeeded in head coaching positions after the left him.

It's always a risk hiring a coordinator who got to work with someone like Brady or Peyton Manning (Adam Gase, Jim Caldwell, Josh McDaniels, etc), but everyone seems to speak very highly of him, and he's definitely a stand-up guy. I'd be happy with it.

Leftwich is an inbetweener in that regard, with high name recognition. I don't think he's high on the list.

So, when they do well, it's only because of Brady, but when they struggle, then it's suddenly "Leftwich's offense"? Tough job.

Didnt they have a 5000 yard passer the year before Brady? That doesn't feel like "nothing".
