Bruce has all the talent in the world. He should take a huge jump come training camp. The biggest improvement you will see though is when we add a real NFL pass rushing DT and another quality end with two legs. The only thing that I wasn't excited about when we drafted him was his age, he'll have a shorter "prime", but that prime should be right about the time we're winning superbowls.

The 17 tackles argument is a reach. Of course his tackle numbers are going to be low...he was rarely in on rushing downs. The vast majority of the time it was either sack or nothing.

I've got faith in Bruce. When you're in the same draft class as Wilson and Wagner, it's going to be tough to get accolades. I still think he had a solid season. Not great, not terrible, but definitely respectable for a rookie. Definitely was a better rookie than Unger or Tate and look at how they've turned out with some time and patience. I had him pegged as my X-Factor for the Falcons game and I guess he was, just not the way we needed him to be. However, you give him some time and he might turn out to be something special.

I wonder what kind of talent we're going to get with a pick that's near the bottom of the draft? What kind of pass rushers are coming to the NFL? We also need a break out WR.

I'm hoping free agency will be fruitful. With the way the Seahawks are going, I am willing to bet a lot of veterans would like to come to Seattle and play.
