There is nothing wrong with Grubb, if we had a QB who was better at running a quick strike offense that didn't have poor decision making in clutch situations it would work even better. Geno is who he is: A talented backup.

Ok, let's humor this assumption:

Geno on deep passing: 2022, top 5, 2023 top 10.

Geno on play action: 2022, top 5, 2023 top 3.

Geno in 2-minute drill (trailing): 2022, top 5, 2023 top 3.


In 2024, that's 17th, 25th, and 15th respectively. The idea that 'there is nothing wrong with Grubb' when he can't get results out of his QB that he has been absolutely elite at for 2 straight years seems to defy logic.

I still think we have an average at best qb, and worst OL in the nfl. It’s tough to judge anyone trying to make chicken salad from chicken shit. We need too spend on OL FA. Specially at guard. Not draft, we keep striking out in the draft. We have waisted so much draft capital on OL, it’s crazy. But if we move on, hire someone with recent success, and a modern offense
