I think it would be awkward for Pete, i wouldn't mind him back with the team some day in some form but now really isn't the time for that.

There is no doubt that the man knows offense like no one else. He could just be the guy to help figure out how to fix our issues with pass protection and ways to get our receivers open more often for RW. He could probably also help RW take that next step in his development.
A mind like his could be the key to finally getting us a Super Bowl victory and he would probably really enjoy it as well. We all knows he is fond of the Hawks and the 12th man.
