They still can't win on the road. The 49ers are a better team. Oh and Russell Wilson is too short to succeed.
Pete is too rah rah and will never succeed in the NFL. Our corners are too tall and won't possibly be able to keep up with receivers.

When you play in South Alaska, don't expect many "kudos" from TV commentators.

I remember when he had the Vancouver Grizzlies.

One of the players, I think it was Othella Harrington said "In Vancouver, if you turn left, you're in Russia."

We gotta schedule more of those 10 am games. Gives us more happy time after the game is over.

You get too many more folks saying this and people really will think Seahawk fans are bipolar. Because they would be at that point. :thirishdrinkers:

Did any one notice that we have quietly moved to a tie with the best road record in the NFL tied with the Eagles??

Yes I understand all you nit pickers will see that the Chiefs are 4 and 0 on the road. However we have more wins on the road and they have only played 4 road games against Jacksonville, Eagles, Titans and Buffalo. Combined wins 13.

Our road team opponents combined wins are 25. Also 2 of those teams are Houston and Atlanta who although they have bad records were supposed to be good. Not like the teams that KC has played.

It is fantastic how this team has grown, yet no one in the media will say we are road warriors. (ps that includes four 10 am west coast starts)

Niner fan here. I hate you guys, however I think this i you guys year, however look at the teams you've beat on road, most of them are not good teams and even then, you have struggled against some of them.

we have two road wins against teams that are in the hunt for the playoffs

if i were you I would be more concerned about just making the playoffs at this point

you may not make it in>

oh and we hate you too 8)

At the end of the day, it's the W that matters. Not how you win. The Seahawks have less road losses than the 49ers have home losses....Be afraid, very afraid. 49ers time is over thanks for keeping the seat warm.

What does the media say? Very little, if my perusal of the national sites this morning is any indication. Last week they were gleefully concerned with how unconvincingly we were winning. This week they can't believe how awful Atlanta is. It's good to be a Seahawk.

The 49ers have beaten the Rams, the Titans and the Jags on the Road...3 Teams with 9 wins total and not a winning record among them. (And the Jags only win came over the Titans).

They lost the other game by 26 points. To us.

I enjoyed reading this about our road record:

No matter what happens the rest of the way, the Seahawks are guaranteed a winning road record this year in the regular season. The last time that happened (in 2005, when they went 5-3 on the road), they went to the Super Bowl. The only other time Seattle had a winning record on the road was 1984 (they also went 5-3); during that postseason, they lost at Miami in the second round. Seattle is 5-1 on the road this season, so a win in either San Francisco or New Jersey against the New York Giants would set a team record.

The year the Giants won the Super Bowl against the 18-0 Pats I believe they had a crazy home road split. Think the were like 2-6 at home and 7-1 away.

Funny how we looked better against Atlanta than we did in our last two home games. Tennessee and TB.

It doesn't matter the team, everyone says the Hawks can't win on the road. And yet they are 5-1 this year. I knew the haters would come out and make an excuse as to why they are 5-1. "The teams are not that good." It doesn't matter what the Hawks do, there will be an excuse. if they win the super bowl, the haters won't give credit, it will be because the other team didn't do this or didn't do that. Get out of here with your weak ass comments.

Uhm if I were you I would be worried about your own team. Consider next week if you lose to NO (and I would bet money on it) and Arizona beats the Jags (and I would bet money on it) you will be tied with Arizona at 6-4 and still have to go to their house to play them.

Notice how I spelled out Arizona? That's right the lowly Arizona Cardinals. I spelled it out for affect because it really put's into perspective where your team is at right now.

I should say thank you though because it is fans like you that are helping to make this season so much fun. I get to both enjoy my teams success while at the same time enjoy all the Niner tears.

I have also noticed that Niner fans don't seem to want to compare our teams or QB's anymore. All I ever see lately is how Wilson is no Brees or that we haven't beaten other teams as significantly as we have beaten your team. Maybe that's because just like the Carolina Panthers these team present greater in game threats than your team.

BTW, nice game yesterday against that Lowly Panthers team that we struggled so mightily to beat in their house earlier this season.

Also don't bother trying to use the Titans game or the Houston game as examples, You only beat those teams because we stole their soles the week before. Very much like how The Colts demoralized you in your own house. To bad you couldn't have played Carolina the week after we beat them.

Funny how when the schedule came out, we complained that our "though" games were on the road (and early) and the 9ers "tough" games were at home and "easy" games were on the road (and later.) Look how THAT turned out...!

GO HAWKS!!

They'll just keep chanting ..."they lost to the Colts on the road... they lost to the Colts on the road..." forever and ever....

"Seahawks need to prove they can win on the road, we all know they can do it at home, but when they are away from their comfort zone they are a completely different team" - Every national pundit besides Trey Wingo week of the 49ers game.
