Now this series will be a test for our pitching. Braves have perhaps the best lineup in all of baseball. Let's hope our bats can keep up.

No Rojas. If they wanted to give him a day off why not do it yesterday when you basically gave that game away? Sit your best hitter so far this year against the braves? Cool managing bro.

It's about matchups, Urias hits Lefties (Fried) and Rojas has been raking Righties.
This will be a great test, If we cant get more than 5 or 6 hits a game we will go no where in the post season. That crap only works in the regular season.

Scotty would play the match up game if it meant sitting a guy batting .300. He does it all the time. Sits hot guys. Sits best players against good teams. Etc. Constantly plays match up game but rarely wins. This team doesn't have enough good hitters. Typically that strategy works but not for this team. Nope. The strikeout/walk ratio is disastrous and the worst in the league. That's what they need to clean up first before worrying about number of hits per game.

Lol. Bitter sweet win IMO. Polanco and Garver finally came through. They have to continue, though. Scotty almost lost the game in the 8th.

We needed that win--the next two games' pitching matchups favor the Braves.

Rarely wins but has 2nd most wins since 2018 for above expected. That means he does more with less. Keep that narrative tho.

Polanco has been far better than Wong defensively already. 🤷‍♂️

Both Polanco and Garver have history in the league that says they will come around. Are they done? Time will tell, I guess. But my money is on that they improve to their career average, at least. It's the end of April, fer cryin' out loud.
