Also on that note.. I was born in 81... so John Wathan... this dude.. was a base stealing mfer early in his years.... clearly the catch role took a toll on his knees after his first 3 seasons

Good overall game. Shame La Pietro couldn't finish 7. Oh well, still a great start.

Broke it open in the 8th starting off with some small ball. Walk, sac bunt, RBI single. Love the old school ball.

Roz and Garv go yard for the first scores, then tack on 4 more bottom 8.

Good start to the 2d half. Always nice to beat the Astros.

Great start to the second "half". Castillo was fantastic, and lots of guys came through in the 8th to give them a comfortable lead going into the 9th.

Bit of a side note, Bazardo has improved so much since last season. Kudos to him.
