I still don’t know why they let Rivas go down

That was a weird one for me. Rivas was hitting .283 with an on base of .411 in 60 AB's on the season when they sent him down. I mean, he doesn't hit for power basically at all, but the guy was an on base machine.

Also, it was pretty entertaining watching him lob 50mph pitches up there in blowouts a couple times.

That was fugly. Error by JP, Julio and Roz both misplay fly balls.

Woo wasn't that bad. Got his 6 innings, but got soft at the end.

We got Brown out after 4, but their bullpen outplayed our bullpen.

It's really hard to sweep teams in this league, especially division leading teams.

No rest for the weary. Brewers coming to town and they've been on a tear. Got to shake it off.

I think I almost remember that too. He was so highly rated & had the tools. He just couldn't hit beyond AAA. He had a few streaks where it looked like he might break through, and then nope.

Tough series coming up, would be HUGE to get 2 of 3. I believe they have won 10 in a row coming in.
Gotta' play better defense as a team overall, and no more base running mistakes. Julio has had WAY too many of those this season. Fundamental stuff. Pay attention, no excuse for idiotic base running and/or getting picked off at 1st.
