The suddenly confident and uprising 4-1 Jaguars are feeling themselves coming off their victory against the defending AFC Champion Chiefs. The Seahawks own the NFL's best road victory record over the past several years.

Something's gotta give.

I don't like how banged up we are on defense but our offense is soaring with Darnold looking every bit the Vikings 14-2 version of last year. JSN is out of his mind and we should offer up some fits for their defense. I still think Lawrence is Fool's Gold so that - and our ridiculously impressive road record - is why I am giving the Hawks the edge this weekend, hopefully going a sunshiny 4-2.

I said in a prior thread that the Seahawks will win this game with ease.

Well, I won’t be saying that here.
Macdonald’s seat grows warmer after this one.

I can smell this loss a mile away. 27-17 Jags. We get picked apart AGAIN. This spurs some changes in personnel, and we get on a nice winning streak (4 games)

Macdonald's seat isn't getting warmer at all. He signed a 6 year deal. Petey Boy's first 2 season's were losing records and got BLOWN OJUT 85 percent of the time. Macdonald ia gonna be here for a very long time. That Seahawk defensive performance last Sunday against the Bucs will not happen again. As far as this games goes, I don't know

I know. It’s my form of reverse psychology, I try to sound like more of a pessimistic troll and douchebag than I already am in hopes it inspires the team through the cosmos of my mind.

Defenseless Battle Royal. Kubiak has done great. Kubiak will call some kind of college like play causing a crucial turnover. The liquored up kicker will miss one.

Here and there
I"m usually a Seahawks homer for calling us for the win. This week will be the exception. Jags unless they just completely fall apart will have their way with us especially if the defense stagnates like they did last Sunday. I know we were missing some key players, but if that's still the case. we are looking at back to back week loss.

I hope I'm wrong and hopefully MacDonald lit a fire underneath the teams arse after last week.

Seahawks 24

Hags 31

Hawknight Record: 3-2

My concern is if the bad tackling that has plagued the Seahawks recently continues...this game could get ugly. Dude looks like a lady (ugly lady) can run.

I'm not sure what to make of this game. I think the Jaguars are good, but not as good as their record indicates. (Sorry, Bill Parcells.)

Trevor Lawrence is an average to below-average quarterback. Their WRs aren't great, and their TE just went on IR. But their offensive line is really good, and Travis Etienne is the real deal.

They're defense is playing well, but can they continue to get the takeaways that they've had so far? As far as yards per game and yards per play, their defense is only average. They don't beat the Chiefs without the 99 yard interception return, and there's such an element of luck in something like that.

I'm counting on Macdonald fixing some things in the defense, and the Seahawks pulling out a close one, 24-20.

(Current record: 3-1)

Jags 38-31. I don't see any reason why our secondary will be any better this week, and the Jags can't stop the pass.

It also depends on which Sunshine we get. He can be damn good, or really really bad.

It's on the road. I'll take the Hawks by 3. If they lose though, changes will be made and a search for a new kicker begins.

Am concerned about this game as the Jags are on a roll presently. However the Hawks are a solid team on the road and with both their losses they have been truly right in both games. The team is missing a few key players which won’t help, BUT they win a close game by a late FG, 23-21 Seahawks.
