Anyone Excited About the Hall of Fame Game?

It means we got football back so I'm excited! However, I dont like the Cowboys or Dolphins at all. Dolphins and Rams fans know each other well through free agency, Long and Fisher. Incognito was a real pain hates us too, and then Jake picked STL despite his efforts.

My best friend is a delusional Cowboys fan. I told him they are a very average football team but you know how that goes. He thinks I'm delusional which I find absurd. Nobody has ever thought of me as "delusional" before! :lol:

The Cowboys have injury issues and are thoroughly mediocre, but would anyone be shocked if they won the NFCE? That division is just wide open. I won't be shocked at any winner from that division.

The AFC is so bad that the Dolphins are probably almost a lock for the playoffs. They have way more talent than most teams in the conference.

I agree. NYG, WASH, DAL could all win the NFCE. My money is still on Wash even if FG3 goes down again, but NYG are always sleepers at worste.

NE stronghold on that division appears to be slipping. We'll see!

I am thoroughly excited. I was watching the Minny game from last year on YouTube the other day, I'm so desperate for football.

Sad, I know.

Plus, I actually like to see rookies and second-teamers and longshots play in the exhibition season. I actually like exhibition football for what it is.

MRSTL: I think the Eagles have a shot, too. I trust in the power of Chip Kelly because that dude always rung my Sun Devils up every year.

Don't get me wrong. I'll watch some of it. But, vanilla game plans with teams I don't care about don't excite me one bit. I'd rather watch old games from last year.

If they lose PRESEASON game you'd think his dog died, if they win a preseason game he thinks they'll be hoisting the Lombardi at the end of the year. They have the game on at the pizza joint I'm at, sound off, but while interviewing Parcells they showed the Romo botched FG hold against the hawks in the playoffs. That NEVER gets old! Players that won't make the cowboys are beating the players that won't make the dolphins team! BTW are those uniforms for Miami real? Damn!

There was about 5 minutes of euphoria because there is an actual football game on TV

Then the realization of, sloppy boring football with announcers trying to hype up a 7th round draft pick who probably wont make it past first cuts.

I love every minute of preseason, usually wind up watching every game. As a football junkie, doesn't matter if it is 4th stringers out there. Some of those backups will be starters one day, and maybe for the Hawks.

I watched to see how Lamar Miller looked. He fumbled for a turnover (maybe not his fault, since the way Tannehill passed it), then ran two plays for 10 yards. Then I was bored.

Miami's new unis look like they belong in the powder puff league.
