Another SB Rigged and Fixed by the league

In a perfect world the refs wouldn't even have the opportunity to be controversial. But we don't live in that world. They are human. That call could as easily have been made than not made. I wish that it never came to that. But Philly had every chance to win the game. They got beat soundly in the second half when it counted. They know that, in spite of what any fan might think.

Because he lost the ball on a hit without taking a single step. Not a fumble in the rules.

Similar things happened in the Cincy game too.
I try very hard to believe it’s not rigged but….that wasn’t a hold. Not even close. Not to mention that ball was not catchable.

No, you don't have to take another step to have an NFL completion. You can stand right where you are. You have to make a football move, and he did so when he turned his upper body forward—before contact—to begin a run.

It was a catch, fumble, and a TD per the rules.

ETA, he could have taken a knee right there and it would be a catch. You see it all the time as players get two feet down in the endzone on a stretch catch. No second step there.

The worst part is it was played within the rules as currently configured.

The defensive player can engage AND grab and hold in the first 5 yards. You see them grabbing jersey s on every play, then when the receiver breaks you must let go. That is what happened.

All the contact was within 2 yards of the LOS. the defender let go as soon as the receiver broke.

This is a complete example of the refs betting on spreads and then calling what they want to ensure their payouts.

Only morons can't see the corruption in games and that covid vaccinations were a lie.

Well, they are going to lose their audience.

I'm a big football fan. But I didn't even watch the SB this year because the Ram's SB loss and the last year's SB all conveniently came down to winning drives extended by imaginary penalties.

It would be naive to expect this one to end differently in a close game. Especially when the Chiefs had an imaginary penalty on in their last game on the last drive to GET them into the SB.

SBs aren't worth investing time in for an outcome that is already being forced.

It's becoming clear it isn't even worth watching the final quarters anymore - because a good game, that is closely fought, will likely be decided by a decision that has little to anything to do with what happens on the field.





Seems weird that just as gambling money came piling into the league - these imaginary penalties in the playoffs keep rearing their heads.

Catchable or not catchable is 100% irrelevant. It wasn't called as PI, it was a hold.

Interesting that Bradberry admitted to pulling on the jersey. But I'm of the school of thought that they should call the game consistently (either tacky or letting them play) the whole way through.
