I haven't seen the new kit, but I hear it's closer to the old Oilers kit. The old kit was awful.

The new one definitely has an Oiler color scheme with some Nashville music vibes.

They beat the hell out of the industrial waste puke green color scheme. I also never cared for the roadkill whites and preferred wolf gray for our away uniforms, which seems to have disappeared.

My problem with the throwbacks is the stoned seagull logo. Although I prefer the current shade of blue with green highlighting, I don't mind the color scheme in the original uniforms.

I've given up on the powers that be ever getting it right, they started off with a French fashion company and have never had a clue.

It is very simple.
Old school 80's colors with silver helmet
Seahawk logo on shoulder.
New logo on silver helmet and shoulder.
Replace striped trim on collar & side leg with 12 feathers for trim, like it is now.

Old green trim NO puke green, maybe just a touch on Seahawk eye, but probably no.

The other thing I'd love to see is the entire team wearing black shoes at scheduled times.

It doesn't matter if it's fluorescent yellow, orange, purple or chartreuse, it's still beyond ugly and an artificial color scheme that is diabolically opposed to our established uniforms. Why would you want as you say a "Bold, unapologetic, FU uniform" when you have one of the best looking uniforms in the league at your fingertips?

90% of people hate them, merchandise sales would plummet, their blinding glow enables opposing DB's to keep track of our receivers & return men, ect. They are an airsick mess whether live or on TV. If put to a vote on any scale, I doubt you could garner 15% for that color You've got it backwards, it unapologetically says FU to the average Seahawk fan and is a national embarrassment

How about we just hand out lime green helmets & baseball bats to one side and Seahawk blue helmets and bats to the other and charge each other Braveheart style?

As ridiculous as thinking donning a nuclear haze color makes you tougher or sends a message that most Seahawk fans don't see.
Go to the Goodwill store and eBay yourself all the lime green jerseys, hats, whatever you want and wear them however, whenever you want
Just know when they go away forever it's because people thought they were hideous and embarrassing.

My idea of a FU, bold, unapologetic touch to the uniforms is having the entire Dark side defense wearing black shoes and trampling over everything in their path.
Like the dogs they are.
