All_22_Films is a YouTube channel that typically focuses on Lions and Ravens games. However, because of the Macdonald hire he's begun doing Seahawks games. He does an excellent job of breaking down film and is worth the time spent watching his videos. Here's his latest video focusing on Ernest Jones.

Enjoyed the video. One thing that stood out to me that I have noticed during live but really stood out to me was how nice he and Knight look working together.
The video itself focused on Jones IV (and for good reason), but on some of those run fits it was nice looking at how both guys kept in their gaps and stayed patient. The overpursuit with Baker and Dodson was so easy to see when watching the video back and they so often got washed out in run plays and created those giant cutback lanes that we kept getting burned on.
The difference you see in these clips just jumps out at you.
