I'm sorry but you outed yourself there. How in any sane world is AllDumb Smith's DUI on the same level as Lynch's? Are you a little slow or something because I don't want to make fun of someone who isn't smart enough to understand the difference between one person with one alchohal related event in his life, who was right at the legal limit when it happened and another guy with multiple DUI's, alchohal related events, gun charges and was recently arrested in an airport for about the most ignorant thing possible while reportedly being drunk AGAIN. Meanwhile both his DUI's he blew near or over TWICE the legal limit and one of those times was at 7:00am in a residential neighborhood while kids were going to school, he was suppose to be to practice in a couple hours and he crashed his car passed out into a tree with his foot stomped to the accelerator.

Seriously that you can ask the question of is his DUI any worse than Lynch's just really makes you look let's just say special. That is a special kind of denial right there. Wow just Wow.

It is LvnginTacoma Rich... A Niner fan. When they are out of the news, the Seahawks are the anti-Christ, when the Niners are in the news, "we are all the same".

Good point loaf and spot on. Could you imagine if they had a felony free off season and we actually had someone arrested?

I think I just found the Niners new off season slogan. Harbaugh should change his tune from above reproach to felony free.

In every organization you want to be felony free. Those are the words of Bo Schembechler.

My problem is this if it was just one incident Ok I can see a brake. But this has been a history if stupid immature actions that need to be addressed. It's actually to me to the point of let's see what I can get away with. It's transparent that he does not care. Sorry Marvin I just don't agree with you.
Yes the punishment must fit the crime. And it will hopefully.

No worries. I'm used to people here not agreeing with me. :D

As I said before. The guy is a first class moron. I can only hope he grows up and matures. I'm sorry, but the airport thing, while moronic and stupid, doesn't warrant over a year in prison for me. The DUIs? That's much more troubling...especially since he was popped once and did it again. Thank God he didn't hurt anyone.

The Gun Charge? Again...stupid. As I understand it, its a tough thing to prove from legal perspective. I honestly don't know where I stand on it because if he were a player on most other teams they wouldn't even be illegal. Still...it is illegal in CA and he did break the law. Not sure what I think should happen in that case.

I agree on his pattern of behavior. I just hope something here knocks some sense into him.

Opinions would be different if his jersey was neon green and blue.
Well then apparently you didn't read the threads on here when Browner and Thurmond got popped for nothing more than smoking weed. 75% of the posts FROM SEAHAWKS FANS were along the lines of "these guys are morons and let the team down". Unlike a very large majority of the fans of your team, apparently yourself included, most of us are not delusional.

So you are saying Livinginthepast has a new "personality"? Did his old one get banned?

I'd really like to know how his forum name has not officially been changed to "lvinginthepast". It's too fitting.

So, four felony charges and one reduced to a possible misdemeanor for a bomb threat. Above. Reproach.

Hell the NFL has to water down your schedule and increase our difficulty just to keep you competitive. It worked two years ago but no so much last year and next year will make you look even sillier.

You were making a good post until you wrote this. This seriously made me LOL. I guess 9/11 was an inside job too. You sound so biased fighting the "everyone is against" the Seahawks card. Truly hurt a good post and one you clearly put time and effort into posting.

Drop the pom poms.

Well, the Seahawks/Rams/Cardinals all having their bye in week four when the 49ers get theirs in week eight is rather annoying... :)

Ya it sucks but its not an inside job. Its impossible to make a schedule where everyone is happy. I doubt the schedule makers have biases towards the Seahawks/49ers.

Don't hate on Laloosh because Douchebaugh couldn't keep his mouth shut. :)

What did you see that makes you think I was hating on him? :D

No resolution in Aldon Smith court case today. New court date is May 12. Possible there's a plea bargain in coming weeks, but not guaranteed

If there is a plea, he is getting hit with something. I could see the assault weapons possession charge turning into a misdemeanor, it is a wobbler. I don't know though, a plea bargain with that list is still likely going to mean conviction at some level.

Maybe he gets hit with one of the felonies and gets a year, with all of it suspended as part of the plea. The discharge case involves a dispute, that could be dropped, even the purchase charge could get dropped, but the possession of assault rifles goes for potentially 16 months each instance and he had 3 discovered in a legal search.

I am sure that the drug possession and DUI will likely be mitigated by his life changing stint in treatment. Whatever happens to Smith, if dude doesn't seriously change his choices he is jacked.

Yep, and my gut tells me Bay Area judicial system is full of judges and prosecutors that are more interested in adding a Lombardi to the Whiners dusty old trophy case than they are sending a firm message to this kid that he needs to get his shit together by sentencing him accordingly. As Scott said above, 20 sacks is a helluva drug.

Sadly, when he blows up completely because the legal system didn't treat him as it would Joe Citizen, no one will question those in the system involved. Also, ditto for Jameis Winston.

Face it, no ones team is immune, and until your team can walk on water It can happen any team anytime. Be careful where you throw rocks.
We know perfectly well that no team is immune from boneheaded acts by players (or coaches) having an idiot moment. Plenty of Seahawks have had such moments.

But we get a particularly joyful schadenfreude from the digits situation because of Harbaugh's hoof-in-mouth "beyond reproach" thing.

Funny how they were talking all that crap about the Seahawks... but now that it's their squad..." It happens to every team"
