I wish people would stop referring to him as "angry Doug Baldwin." It has connotations of "angry black man" and is used to devalue the opinion. As if it's not based on reason/logic and instead is based on emotions and bias. Believe me, I'm not saying anyone who uses the term even has a shred of racism in their body, I just don't like the term and that's the reason why.

That said, I love Doug Baldwin. All he says above is correct. Except for the fact that there is nothing wrong with it. The NFL is not wrong to look out for their own self interest (the owners). The media is not wrong for looking out for their own self-interest. And players are defnitely not wrong for looking out for their own self interest. That's the way this great world is set up --people look out for their own self interest. That's why it's key that the government is set up to be a night watchmen, making sure there is transparancy and THE RULE OF LAW instead of the rule of man. That certain people shouldn't get an unfair advantage (namely running to the government and having them FORCE others against their will). But I'm digressing.

I think you're wrong. Fans and his teammates call him ADB affectionately. Until Doug Baldwin states he has a problem with it, I don't see why anyone else would?
