Crazy how a right tackle is faster than a wide receiver. Lucas runs a 4.92 and Bobo runs a 4.99 lol

Bobo can and has outrun 4.99 any time he wants to. He must have been in the middle of running a zig zag route when he posted that 4.99 time. LOL
On the other hand, how bout Lucas on a tackle eligible?
I believe either of those times as what time hey would run TODAY.

Credit Bobo for owning up to his track speed, or lack of. I watched a few interviews, and he didn't defend his 4.99.

One could make the case that, when healthy, Lucas was better than Cross. :)

Hopefully, he's healthy going forward.
Rookie season to rookie season, Lucas was better. Lucas hasn't been healthy since. With that, Criss contributed more to the team than a often sitting Lucas. I have a soft spot for Cross, fellow Mississippian and he was my #1 in most of my mocks.

How fast was Largent? I heard he was an okay WR in spite of his speed...
Only the lack of straight line speed is what Bobo and Largent have in common. Largent's separation and quickness was off the charts, Bobo's isn't from what I've seen thus far.

All true. Abe claimed last season that his knee was not "chronic" and that the surgery was a success. We all hope so. Often the first year back after knee surgery there is still rehab going on and the 2d year back is the real indicator of how he will be long term. We're all hoping. We have a nice set of bookends for the OL when both guys are out there.

Largent ran a 4.67 but with his body control during routes he was like an upgraded version of Tyler Lockett with better hands and bigger balls tbh. Wasn’t afraid to bring his own block and hit a muthafuka in the mouth. He was a great blocking receiver during the ground chuck days.

Bobo is vastly slower than Arroyo who runs like a 4.6 and is 6-5 250. I know he’s a rookie tight end but I can Kubiak using him in a variety of sets split out a little. Play action is what Darnold thrives at. 11 wins easy if they don’t turn it over like Geno “redzone happy feet” Smith
