Jalen Sundell missed 4 weeks with a knee injury. But bounced back strong. 735 snaps for 2025.

Charles Cross suffered a knee injury toward the end of the regular season. 822 snaps for 2025.

Zabel and Bradford both logged over 1000 snaps.

Quality continuity for 2026.

Looking forward to the depth competition and a shuffle of backups.

I remember seeing Lucas during that Jets game at the end of 2024 and watching him on the sidelines limping very noticeably although he didn’t get hurt. At that moment I thought there was no way this guy is going to be able to come back and play full-time again.

Didn’t zable get hurt at the end of a game and it was a knee thing but it came back negative and he didn’t miss a game. I remember being scared

Zable bounced back quickly.

Watching Charles Cross fail to anchor in pass protection and driven into the back of the legs of Jalen Sundell was ugly but correctable. Put Sundell on injured reserve for 4 weeks.

Cross is only 25 and working at becoming better. He added 15 pounds to his frame going into 2025. Looking forward to his next step in 2026. Who knows ..... he may enter into his Walter Jones level of play this coming season.

I remember all the talk about Abe's knee being "chronic." Always knew how important continuity is for that unit. Had it pretty good in '25. Let's pray it keeps up for this year. Throw Beau Stephens into the mix to challenge Bradford and it could get interesting.

Zable is a questionable finance company — not sure why it's being referenced in this thread. On the other hand, Abe Lucas is a beast and might end up being the best Seahawks RT ever.

Recent article on nfl.com had most underappreciated player on each team and Abe Lucas was ID'd as Seahawks'.

Keller Zabel? Lou had an excellent reputation on Wall Street.

Every team in the league is looking to sign good tackles. Us being set for the next few years with Abe and Cross gives me a happy feeling.
