So we miss out on the division... get the #5 seed... and for our first game we go on the road and play...

The Saints aren't even as good as the 2010 Seahawks. Not to suggest we were any great shakes, but that team WAS the embryonic form of the Super Bowl champs today. The Saints are the drying husks of Super Bowls of Christmas Past.

And the coincidence of the former Super Bowl Champions visiting the sub .500 home team has been discussed here before

I've been pondering this for weeks. Got a friend at the office who's a saints fan. The irony would be amazing.
