yeah, how many early down runs got stuffed for nothing? half the time K9 or charb had to make a defender miss as they got the handoff. you're literally wasting downs at that point.

I agree with the premise that Grubb didn't do a good enough job getting the run game going in a vacuum but they were also handicapped by arguably the worst IOL in the NFL. Have to target IOL early in the draft.

Yeah, remember that stat that they showed.. Hawks running backs were last in yards before contact when running between the tackles.
