DK's way better off playing for a quarterback with whom he has chemistry, given his relatively lackadaisacal route-running. I'd suggest Pete Carroll take a glance in the piggy bank.

Those that played against him saw the whiney attitude DK has. They will be turned off by that as a lockerroom Hazard. Unless you are the Raiders or SF.

This tells me that no team has offered even a 2nd rounder for him, otherwise they would've accepted. Yikes. Maybe he's not as elite as some think he is here?

The Panthers a match for DK?
Metcalf has links to HC Dave Canales & OC Brad Idzik. Also GM Dan Morgan and JS have ties from Morgan's ties in Seattle from 2010- 2014.
We could ask for their 2nd rounder, or.
Carolina picks #8, we swap first rounders, 18 for 8, about #40 in the 2nd round value.
We leapfrog a bunch of teams laying in wait for the third QB to come off the board. At this time I would say Jaxson Dart. I know that is a very expensive move to make, but if they are high on him. I don't think he makes it to 18.
Remember the 5 year cost savings for a rookie QB. I would rather wait until 26' but we may not be able to move up in that draft.
A 2nd round pick isn't likely to have much of an impact, but a possible franchise quarterback...
You gotta take shots at it.
