Hope everyone knows now that JSN will be the best receiver we’ve ever had - and that’s coming from a guy that knows Largent is a legend.

Positive note - well, depends on how you look at it, lots of netizens knew DK was going to DK. A few years back, I said something ridiculous to the effect of DK going to another team and killing it.

I’m guessing Pitt fans are pissed. No one bats 1K but…sheesh

It'd be awesome if we still had both. I'm glad DK got a nice contract, as he seems like a good guy who put in considerable effort here. I hope they bring in a less washed QB next offseason and he does better while the team is trash otherwise.

But its not Metcalf lol. I have come to the conclusion that people complain if their hero isn't on the team. It is what is , but I love this year of Hawks football, best we have seen in YEARS

There's not even a question to me who the better receiver is between DK and Pickens. It's Pickens by a good long stretch. Pickens was just an absolute headcase who wore out his welcome with Tomlin. The stories I've read about this were pretty clear as to what a load he was. It was never about his talent. This talent has been on display in Dallas this season.

As I said in another thread, DK is big, strong, great top end speed, but he's not a slippery receiver at all. He's not good at getting open in tight spaces/coverage like JSN is, who's slippery as hell in that way.

I don't think he's a great receiver. If you divided all top 30 receivers or so into roughly three equal tiers, I'd put DK in the bottom tier. I can easily think of 20 receivers I'd rank higher than him on receiving talent. This is not a diss on him, I just think he's overrated, and certainly not worth what he's being paid, which is as a top 3-4 receiver in the league now.

I think if that douche wasn’t throwing to him, I’d be less inclined to ‘rib’ DK.

I actually loved DK…even with his obvious faults. Not the best route runner…not the softest hands. Just loved having a LB at WR .

DK did a lot more than people generally give him credit for while he was here.

Anyways…less of a knock on DK and more of a ‘JSN is the shit’ type post.
