Niners just played a slobbernocker, lost a couple of guys due to injury, and generally just looked beat up and tired. Philly rested their starters and got their backups some extra experience. Philly is going to dogwalk the Niners.

Living close to Philly, I hope the Iggles take a major dump. But then again, it would be SO fun to beat Philly senseless in the NFCCG. I have friends and family members that bleed green and it would be nice to ride them all year. And it would set up a cool rematch when the Hawks go play there next year. So, I guess I hope they play like a turd sammich, but seek out a win.

I like the Eagles in this one. The Eagles have the second best D in the NFC, and their offense will be good enough, IMO.

To add to this, they had so much trouble with the Hawks run game to start with. Then their D was on the field for so many snaps on Sat. Lucky they got that extra day. They'll need it

The eagles are the better team right now mostly due to key injuries to the whiners defense. Seeing them struggle against our Dline makes me believe they're going to struggle just as bad against the eagles formidable Dline as well. Getting Williams back will help them, but i don't see them winning in the trenches .

Looks like an eagle victory in my book, simply because Philly has the better defense, and will control the line of scrimmage. Philly wins in a close slugfest.

If the Hawks can put up 180 on the ground, how will Philly do with Saquon? Just sayin.

Either team winning has positives. If the Niners win with CMC getting 100+ running, I'll point out 117, 140, 23, 100+ to all the Niner fans who say we only won because of injury, and point out that one of these things is not like the others. It will also be fun to point out, to Eagles fans, how their team got one and doned by the heavily weakened Niners.

If the Eagles win, well that means the Niners lost, and that is never a bad thing

I think the Eagles are better, so I guess I prefer a 9er victory. But, in the end, I think we'll be ready for either.

I think the Eagles are better but they've played awful the last few games. If the Eagles offense struggles and starts slow like they have done and the 49ers offense plays like it did before the seahawks game or just better in general than last week- CMC surely isnt a non factor 2 weeks in a row? it wouldn't shock me if this becomes a freaky game. That fanbase will turn on them if they go behind and the 49ers will have Williams and Pearsall back. Have zero faith their defence can stop much though.

The only game I think is a lock is the Rams winning.

IMO the Eagles are the scariest team in the league right now and the one team that I fear can beat us. I'd love to see the Niners knock them off as we know that we can beat them.

To me its still the Rams if they are clicking (well us if we are clicking but opponent wise). AFC- i'm less sure about. If Josh Allen goes on a tear that would scare me in the super bowl.

I think we should be pulling for the 9ers. The Eagles have the defense, running game and experience to cause us problems if it comes down to us v them.

I just don't see how SF beats them.

I wish it would be an easy win, but I don't see that team going down without a fight. Too well coached. And they still have plenty of talent.
Well, they have plenty of excuses too, but that's a different convo.

OR, we could just not be afraid of anyone. WAY too much time spent talking about who we want to avoid.

What the hell? You're either a contender or you're not. Bring it on, no matter who it is. Hoping to AVOID teams doesn't exactly feel like a winning mentality. Glad the team and coaches don't feel that way.

Pulling for the Niners? F that mess.

To each his/her own. But I'll go ahead and be fired up to play ANYONE. Including the overrated Clams.
