My wife and kids kept asking who I wanted to win in this game. All i could say was if the Hawks win tomorrow I want the 49ers to win, if the Hawks lose then I want to see GB crush the 49ers. If the Hawks win tomorrow SF will smoked next weekend....

NFL Pick 'em

Dont want to face Seattle. If Seattle makes it to the NFCCG they will win it and win the super bowl

BOOK IT.

That team is dangerous when it has momentum.")

Today was great 'cause now the Manning story is dead,

Now that the Broncos went down it goes to show what I've believed for some time now. The Broncos weren't the best team in the AFC let alone the NFL. They feasted on weak ass AFC West teams which padded their record and because Manning was at the wheel all the talking heads at ESPN/Fox/SI/CBS bought in. Where does that leave their false perception of the power structure in the NFL? In shambles. Probably time for them to reconsider Seattles place near the top I'd say.

As a Niner fan, I do think Atlanta might be an easier game. But who knows... They might play lights out tomorrow; what happened in the past is in the past.

I also think the Niners laid a huge stinker in Seattle... I don't believe for one second, no matter how good Seattle may be, that they come into SF and play like they did in the second meeting this season.

Youre a Niner fan. Of course you are supposed to think/feel that way. You looked good tonight. I hate the coach of your team, thus I hate your team.

For me, the moment Clemons went out for the season I started rooting for the Packers to win. After a week of fail mary talk I think the seahawks would have conquered the cold no problem.

If seahawks wins in Atlanta the San Francisco game is going to be the toughest game of the last five years. Yeah I said it, that is how much bad blood there is going to be when we fly to their house after the trouncing. Whoever wins will not get out of that stadium in one piece. I am dying to watch it!

Get it done Hawks!

We're the only team that can slow down Kaep.

Yeah, we gotta get through Atlanta.
If we do, the NFC Champ will win the SuperBowl. Book it.

49er fans who love the team more than the game want the falcons. I know, weird? They would rather face the the Falcons on the road than get another playoff game at home. They are afraid.

49er fans who love THE GAME want the Seahawks. A pure and violent solution to the question. To be the best you have to beat the best, which should be the approach of both teams.

But first, Atlanta.

Did you see the fear on Colin "I look like Aladdin" Kaepernicks face when facing our defense.

They want no part of us.

Well I think we're all expecting Atlanta to lay an egg again, but that isn't a given. They could very well come out and play their best game and win. Nolan is an incredible DC, and his defenses usually translate very well on the field.

I don't think either game is going to be easy. By this time in the season though, it's a pretty well known fact that the 49er defense matches up much better to pass-heavy offenses.

I wanted SF to win last night (on the basis that I expect us to do the business too) to set up an NFC-West Championship Game, proving without a doubt that this is the toughest division in the NFL. Oh and it'll be a hell of a game

I bet it is going to be very hard on a majority of 49er fans tomorrow as they root for the Seahawks to win. If they want the NFCCG in Sf they get to root for Seattle. Gotta be killing them inside.

I'm definitely rooting for Atlanta. Seattle is exactly the kind of team that gives the 49ers problems (physical, run oriented, scrambling QB, etc).

I'm with Talon,,,,whom ever is next is next.

I might have rooted for ninnirs years ago but their fans here have convinced me the 2 teams I will never root for is them and the 'skins just because of their stupid fans.

There are those from those 2 teams that will always be welcome here but being a moderator here takes any chance of liking them out.

Let them struggle. They are going to pretend that they want Seattle because they want "Revenge" as if they are going to have it.

They know, deep down in that place that controls the confusion that is Niner Fandom, that the Seahawks scare the crap out of them and being at home doesn't matter. They aren't some Green Bay team, with a wimpy, schoolgirl defense and no running game. I hope Niner fans get their "wish" and that Harbaugh's wife can stew about it all off-season as her husband's offseason counseling starts.

I want the NINERS is more like it.

The Hawks don't care, all they care about is Atlanta right now.

A lot of us polled said we wanted the 49ers...Much easier than traveling to that icicle in Wisconsin, not to mention having to endure the LIVING HELL that would be the week leading up to the game by the media...You know, as in two words:

"Fail Mary".

I wouldn't have made it past the first hour of the first day.

I know, huh? That was my #1 concern about the Packers winning. "The Packers are playing for revenge for the Fail Mary play" ALL FRIGGIN' WEEK LONG!!! GROAN! Not to mention how unusually rabid the Lambeau field faithful would have been because of it. And also not to mention our damn playoff history in that god forsaken place! THANK YOU 49ers!!!.....
I'm in this catagory too. I don't believe our team had a snowball's chance in Lambeau of getting a fairly officiated game in GB and I've said as much for the last several weeks here and to friends and family. Our Hawks can beat SF again and we are quite likely to get better balance in the refereeing.
