I bet it is going to be very hard on a majority of 49er fans tomorrow as they root for the Seahawks to win. If they want the NFCCG in Sf they get to root for Seattle. Gotta be killing them inside.

Just like it was for us to root for the 49ers tonight. What a lose-lose situation. Can't both of them just lose?

I predict most of them are rooting for Atlanta cause they know thats the easier game regardless of where its played.

They looked really good tonight vs a pretty good team. GBs defense let them down with undisciplined play. That wouldnt happen with us right now. It would be proven to be some weak ass shit. But the niners took over. I want to play the niners again. If Atl wins tomorrow I will be cheering for the Falcons to go all the way. I hate the niners sooooo much. I wouldnt want a team from the NFC to represent us if it had to be SF. Sad huh? On the other hand I would cheer for the Rams and I did in fact cheer for the Cardinals a couple of years ago.

Who was rooting for the 9ers? I really wanted a rematch with the Packers , mix that with extreme 49er hate :49ersmall: .

A lot of us polled said we wanted the 49ers...Much easier than traveling to that icicle in Wisconsin, not to mention having to endure the LIVING HELL that would be the week leading up to the game by the media...You know, as in two words:

"Fail Mary".

I wouldn't have made it past the first hour of the first day.

49ers will be rooting for Atlanta. They don't want us. We know how to stop Kaepernick.

Kaepernick matches up perfectly with that Falcons defense. I think they'll be rooting for Atlanta.

I know, huh? That was my #1 concern about the Packers winning. "The Packers are playing for revenge for the Fail Mary play" ALL FRIGGIN' WEEK LONG!!! GROAN! Not to mention how unusually rabid the Lambeau field faithful would have been because of it. And also not to mention our damn playoff history in that god forsaken place! THANK YOU 49ers!!!

Now let's hold up our end of the bargain and beat Atlanta! Today was great 'cause now the Manning story is dead, and now the Fail Mary can be put to rest. Awesome day all around! Still have that pesky Ray Lewis thing though if we make it to the show. GO Texans! Or *sigh* Patriots...

It was tough to come to grips with, but I wanted SF to win. I was hoping the Packers would make them work a little harder for it though!

I didn't root for either of these teams to win, Jim Blowhargh sucks azz, and McCarthy didn't even game plan defensively, and deserved to be imbarrased.

The GB Defense has really made Colin Kaep look like a star. (couldn't really fault them entirely though, because the holding by the 9rs Offense want on with regularity, and the Refs let it go on for the whole game).Time for the Seahawks D to slap them back to reality.
Once we get the Falcons out of the way, Pete will get the Seahawks mentally toughned up to play better in ALL phases of the game.

I think they would rather travel than play us again. Even in their house!

The 49er players are all professionals, even those chippy defenders. I'm sure they will be ready to ball, whether it's the Seahawks or the Falcons. And given that, I'm sure they do prefer the home-field advantage against Seattle.

The real question is, are the Whiner fans so pumped up that they think they want to face the Seahawks again? I bet many of them may root for the Falcons, given the beat-down the Hawks put on them last month.

The 49ers are happy to still be in the mix.

Tonight, they don't care who they play next week.

Let's win tomorrow and look forward to another match-up with our Division rival.

You gotta love this if you're an Seahawks fan.

I sure do!!

We didn't have to root for them, either team wins and we travel, so it wasn't really a big deal for us as Seahawks fans because we couldn't have a home game. Personally I didn't "root" for anyone as I watched that game. Tomorrow those Niner players and fans will be rooting for the seahawks to get a home game.

Looks like the majority of them want Seattle. 65% on this poll on their site.

Most acknowledge that Atlanta would be the easier matchup but want the home game. They also want revenge. A lot of them still think that seattle is a dirty team and out to injure them. Lots of "if we play Seattle we'll kick their asses but at the end of the game they'll probably take cheap shots to injure our players" b.s.

We lost to the 49ers by 7 in their house with Alex Smith. The 49ers scored 1 TD.

We kicked the living crap out of them when they had Kaepernick in our house.

I really hope we win tomorrow.

As a Niner fan, I do think Atlanta might be an easier game. But who knows... They might play lights out tomorrow; what happened in the past is in the past.

I also think the Niners laid a huge stinker in Seattle... I don't believe for one second, no matter how good Seattle may be, that they come into SF and play like they did in the second meeting this season.
