12th man flag flying in DC?

I thought there was the bet between governors or mayors of WA and DC where if the Hawks won the 12th man flag would fly in DC. Did this happen?

Part of my thinking... the Redskins don't have a 12th man flag... or something comparable (or do they?).

Both teams have team flags with their logos... so why would they not make the bet using the team flags???

Being made to hoist a competitor's team flag on YOUR flagpole is something worth placing a bet on.

The District of Columbia Executive offices building will fly the official City of Seattle flag on their flagpole for a day... not the Hawks team flag nor the 12th Man flag.

Ain't that some weak sauce! A hardly recognizable flag even in the PNW. Really, couldn't even man up to fly the 'Hawks flag for a day? No load.

Yeah, that's weak. It makes no sense to fly anything other than a Seahawks flag for this bet.

I wouldn't recognize the City of Seattle flag if I was standing right in front of it in Seattle City Hall in the middle of a Seattle Day celebration, if there was such a thing, and I've lived here all my life.
