I hope it works the way he hopes it works, but my confidence is not red-lining based on one good year (following several not good years) by the guy right behind center. But I will give benefit of doubt and believe in him until it just does not work.
Well he will have next season and perhaps the season after that to prove that it works so as the old saying goes : "Buckle up, buttercup"
