Former Coach says before game, not starting the 4 yellow card players even though we clinched is dumb... Guess why we didnt win World Cups with him? DERP?!

Now some how.. after starting and playing literally 80 percent of our reserves with Turkey already eliminated and us already advancing a.... bane on our game? Give... me a break.

I dont watch much soccer.. my wife played on a professional level. But I know already, this narrative is stupid as hell

So your narrative is they suck like a seahawks team? They lost to turkey or whatever the new spelling is... so what? we had nothing to play for

So my narrative is.. you basically can't read... at all

Lets forget this thread since its Soccer... and English apparently isn't the language

The narrative is... we lost to Turkey.. playing mostly reserves... Former coach saying we should play our starters even though they have yellow cards... so because we lost to Turkey we suck... Im sorry.. this apparently was sooooo hard to read.

JFC.. Nevermind.. this board is literally nuts with basic comprehension

I only watched a little bit of it, but they looked intimidated, imo.
About 70 minutes in, they had 3 SHOTS ON GOAL. 3.

Not even 5 minutes. Huge meh burger. But I wanted them to win for all my friends who love soccer.
They didn't even show up.

Orlando, FL...for good.
The reality is that the USA doesn't care about soccer anywhere near enough for it to draw our best, most dedicated and capable athletes to the profession. American football is the biggest draw to the best athletes we produce, followed by the other major pro sports in the USA. I don't see this changing in my lifetime - maybe never. I don't want to offend anybody so I won't go into details, but not ALL of the reasons soccer is so prevalent internationally are due to it being a "superior sport". There are underlying economic and accessibility reasons supporting its popularity that have nothing to do with how good the game of soccer (football) objectively is of its own accord. I'll also throw out the old "just because McDonald's makes the most hamburgers doesn't mean they're the best". :)

There are folks on .NET with comprehension issues, toffee may be, but m0ng0 ain't one of them.
