Raleigh got a hit! That's it, he's a shoo-in for MVP!
I don't think anybody is expecting another 60 HR season from Cal. 30-40 would be nice, and still pretty doable if he gets on a roll. It's early in the season, so his BA should rise pretty quickly if he can continue to connect like he did last night on two pretty well hit singles. I think his "natural" BA should fall somewhere between .240 and .260 or so. We could all live with that, I think, and he could help us win a lot of games if got there.Man Raleigh is having a rough year for sure. I wonder if he's tired or something else is going on. At this point I don't care about 35 HR from him I just want him to hit .220 to .250
i agree, He just seems like he's trying too hard to match last year so he's making bad choices with the Swing and miss rate.I don't think anybody is expecting another 60 HR season from Cal. 30-40 would be nice, and still pretty doable if he gets on a roll. Donovan is coming off an injury. He's not going play every day. That's just how it is.Rivas starting today lmao. Donovan must be hurt.
Probably trying to ease him back, because it was his groin? Just my guessRivas starting today lmao. Donovan must be hurt.
I wonder if anyone has shown Cal that snippet (I saw that segment too) Because it sure doesn't seem like it yet. I guess showering in your Uniform is one way to start?Cal will get this thing back on track probably around early June. He’s a terrific young man and an incredibly gifted baseball player. Let’s go Cal!
In my analysis, echoing what Harold Reynolds had said, Cal is simply late on his heel kick, as well as early on his swing. Once he gets that timing down, he’ll be back to being a contributor in this lineup.
However, until that timing is corrected, I believe it would benefit the team to move him down the batting order a bit and move Cole Young up. Just my opinion, I acknowledge I have no MLB managing experience outside of MLB The Show, so take that as you will.
ShhhhWell.... Looking like the win streak vs Hou is coming to an end tonight in a typical M's total collapse.... Seems like every time there's some sort of game delay, the M's are the ones who fall apart.
I know who you were talking bout, the member who laid into you. Block that fool. He’s the only guy I have blockedCal will get this thing back on track probably around early June. He’s a terrific young man and an incredibly gifted baseball player. Let’s go Cal!
