First plays we'd like to see

On offence I want a long play-action throw to Arroyo with Shaheed running down the other side.

No. Just No! I want to win and if someone gets hurt n the normal course of play that’s one thing. I think it’s wrong to root for an injury or to celebrate one.

Well if you think about it, it depends on who wins the coin toss.

If we win, then of course we defer and we hope they beat the shit out of Stafford and get a pick-six to get things going.


If we lose the coin toss, it's doubtful they'll have the guts to defer to us but if they do, then I fully expect Rashid Shaheed to get us started with another Kickoff-Return-TD to get the crowd going.

Either way, Seahawks are going to score FIRST.

I don’t know about first drive for them, I just want them to score two field goals or less for the entire game and we are 3 scores ahead.

And if that doesn't connect, they'll have made getting a first down a lot harder, and it's more likely they'll go three and out on the opening drive. That would not be a good way to start the game. I'd rather see a cleverly designed quick throw that gains 4-6 yards and opens the playbook a bit for the rest of the series.

In any case, I think they absolutely have to get at least one or two first downs on their first drive. This game could be a field-position battle, and if they do have to punt, I'd rather see Dickson kicking from the 40+ rather than deep in their own territory.
