Hell, Russ was amazing for a few years, look at him now (the last few)

Geno was not bad, he just had bad support, DK showing his ass regularly, O line that was a sieve, inconsistent play calling and then his pouty temper tantrums. He had moments but whole team was an inconsistent mess and the defense was not where it is today, they were also a work in progress. This is typical under a regime transition, it was better for us and Geno to leave.

There’s more to the story than numbers and statistics.
It’s the intangibles that matter here.
Until some of his teammates come out and speak about it, as have the teammates of Russ, we won’t have “proof”.
We have seen how this current team supports and fights for one another with our own eyes, we’ve heard it with our own ears.
Sure it’s possible that a couple of bad seasons could change things, but until that happens…
Bottom line for me is, Results and the eye test is what matters. The chemistry we are witnessing alone speaks volumes.
You are correct “stats don’t lie” but don’t be foolish, we ALL know that stats don’t tell the entire story.

If you’re willing to ignore what you see with your own eyes, by all means stick with your statistics.
Like I said earlier, statistics (hard facts) don’t tell the entire story, And that can’t be reasonably argued.
And I’ll double down, go ask the Raider Nation what they think.

In fact I supported him until I couldn’t as a Seahawk fan. I stopped being able because of the results I was seeing.
He’s not a good QB and results prove it, in spite of his stat sheet.
