Sam hasn't been the same since the Last Rams game, I think they broke him. I don't see the Hawks beating them.. Rams 27 Us 17 :(

We all forget the Hawks were driving when Sam fumbled last game snuffing out a final drive that could have given our guys the W. The Rams did however provide a formula to beat Darnold and that was constant pressure which puts him off his game. Since then he’s been a lot more careful and almost tentative at times. I’m of the belief the Rams can be beaten and will if Sam steps up and holds onto the ball..

Now let’s hope we don’t see the phony calls which steers the game to the Rams that the Lions experienced.

This game will actually be the cure for Sam this year. It will be kinda like Cousin Eddie's words about Ruby Sue in NLCV and her eyes not being crossed anymore. "That's something, ain't it? Falls in a well, eyes go crossed. She gets kicked by a mule, they go back to normal."

It will be something this Thursday. Sam got punched in the mouth by the Rams in Game 1 - He goes broken. Probably going to get slapped in the face by the Rams in Game 2 - he goes back to normal.

For Sam he just needs to step up and and simply play the way we have seen him play when he sees the field, and isn't focused upon the pass rush. And of course to holds onto the ball when he gets hit.

Here and there
(Early Fearless thread due to the next game being on Thursday night.)

I strongly feel the Seahawks looked past the Colts a bit, knowing full well perhaps the game of the year for them is in four days. Whether that’s true or not, I’m going with that.

First thing I heard after the win was “They have no chance against the Rams.”

That is such lazy logic I won’t even acknowledge it with a response. Smart NFL fans know that how one game goes has nothing to do with how the next game goes.

This Thursday, under the bright lights of Primetime, at home, wearing their filthy Rivals uniforms (that helmet is straight 🔥)…Knowing damn well their nemesis stands between them and the #1 seed?

Watch out. Buckle up. If you think the Seahawks will look as anemic and flat against the Rams as they did against the Colts, think again my friends.

We almost beat them in their house with Sam’s worst performance of the year. I think with all the variables at play this week…

Hawks in a close one.

Aros’ Fearless Prediction: Seahawks 24 - Rams 21

Aros’ Fearless Record: 10-4
I'm having one rare year of getting my predictions fairly close and on point..go figure. We almost had the Rams the 1st game...many of our games...way to close!

I'm thinking by some miracle from the football Gods...we play a complete game and stomp the Lambs...Lamb chops will be served Thursday!

Seahawks 31
Lambchops 27

Close Lambs but no cigar...Seahawks for the win! (And not just field goals this time)

Hawknight RTD 11-3

I'm not sold on the Rams, I'm just not. I think they are smoke and mirrors and we completely dominated them in the first meeting. The only team that I'm doing a double take on is the 9ers, and that's because they were winning with back ups. The Rams got stomped out by the Panthers and Detroit was lighting them up on Sunday. How many teams have lit us up....One, the Bucs, and that's because most our starting defense was out that game. No one has had the advantage on us or outplayed us. Media outlets aren't talking about this enough and that is the Seahawks are literally 3 plays away from beaten unbeaten this year. No one is talking about that. I've already explained this. The 9ers game if Darnold raises his god damn arm to shoulder level Bosa wouldn't have stripped that ball and Kupp was WIDE open in the end zone. The Bucs game most our starting defense was out and Meyers missed a field Goal. The Rams game, if that punt landed in the end zone or Drnold throws one less INT, we win that game. Mind you this is with an average to below average run game. I believe they have the right O-line for a great running game they just have to move some players around until they figure it out. Like Aros said, if you think for one second that the Seahawks are gonna look like they did on Sunday, you are in for a rude awakening.

Sam has to exorcise his Ram demons, rhythm and quick hitters by Kubiack and keep the Rams trying to adjust. If we go into a plodding offense they tee off on Sam. depends on how they game plan against them. Tough and sometimes brutal games, these teams don't like each other on a good day, let alone with all of whats on the line Thursday. Don't let them in your head Sam and our OC can't over think. Don't pull a Bevell.

I'm not sure how anyone can downplay the Rams; they have the same record as us--first in the NFC--and have beaten the Hawks. Stafford has been more than just good. If they were smoke and mirrors, they wouldn't be where they are, any more than the Hawks are.

But that doesn't mean they're infallible--see their game against Carolina. We nearly beat them; but we didn't. We couldn't stop them from scoring on several shorter fields.

Can we beat them? I think so. Will we? That's why they play, in order to find out.

I don't think we win; our offense isn't convincing me we can overcome their D, in spite of us probably preventing them getting more than 28 pts. That changes if we can score a few TDs and keep the ball secure.

I think Seahawks win if Sam plays well. This will be good preparation for the playoffs. Go to JSN early and often.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. Couldn't stop them from scoring on several shorter fields? You're referring to the first Rams game. The Rams had ONE legit drive the whole game and then they were COMPLETELY shut down and dominated by us. Can we beat them? Hell yes, we should have won that game. Will we? Yup. The Rams don't scare me and their so called vaunted defense isn't all that.

The only team that has me thinking and looking at is the 9ers. They are more of a threat than the Rams are IMH. That last game against the 9ers is gonna be massive even more massive than this Rams game.

All eight drives by the Rams end in safeties . Added to our 5 touchdowns and 3 field goals makes it .......

60 - 0 Hawks

Defense and special teams are stellar. What can the offense do? Can they score TD's, can they protect the ball, against good defenses?

I'm looking for the Hawks to put it all together this week but still a close game.

Hawks 31
Lambs 28
