“We traded for an individual and made him the highest paid player on our team and I would never, ever do that again. We just didn’t know philosophically at the time what we were doing. We should have known better.”

Most of the “we’s” can be replaced with Pete. Also, you don’t make a safety, the highest paid player on the team and one of the highest paid players in the history of the game outside of quarterbacks at the time. That was the issue along with trading two first round pics for him. Don’t blame the player, look in the mirror at the comp you gave up for him and paid him. That was the biggest issue!

No so fast my friend...lol

What would you give for this trade?

You can’t ridiculously overpay, but who wouldn’t love to have Parsons on their team? I think you would have to include a good player, a first and third next year, and a second rounder the following year.

I’m sure Jerry would not look at anything that doesn’t start 2 firsts.

Am I wrong, or is a guy that we traded for from the Giants now our top paid player?
Yes . Schneider brought him over and then he balled out and got a new contract.

With Percy Harvin , they traded a lot for him, paid him , and then you know the nightmare that ensued.

My first thought is JS was talking about the schitty cornerback we traded to get from Baltimore, paid him a bunch, and he was shite. Csry Williams or something like that.

I'm not talking about Darnold at all. They need another Guard, WR, CB and def. another LB.

I thought, or maybe a more accurate term is hoped, that we'd be trading Woolen at the deadline. But the injuries to our secondary along with the fact that despite a stupid PF, Woolen played relatively well Sunday night has likely put an end to that thought.

Idk man I like what I see out of our wideouts. Bradford is ass but he isn’t on Sam’s blindside. Woolen has stepped it up since being called out by Macdonald and challenged him.
