Their oline is bad. If MacDonald can come up with a working pass rush, maybe we can overcome the injury ridden secondary.
Ya mean like yesterday?

I think this may be a game where Tory Horton, AJ Barner, and Elijah Arroyo could become major factors.Like most have said in this thread, I expect our pass rush to have a big day. The only game the Texans have had a good offensive day is when the played the injury ravaged Ravens D last week. They had trouble with the Titans before that.
This will be a big challenge on the other side of the ball. Their D is really good and get after the passer in a big way. I don't know how good their run D is but I do recall with the game on the line, the Bucs ran well against them back in week 2.
JSN probably facing the biggest test he's had this year against Darrel Stingley Jr. I don't know if the Texans's MO is to have Stingley follow the #1 receiver or not. If they do, look for him to follow JSN. The other corner Kamari Lassiter is no slouch either.
Agreed. They might have toI think this may be a game where Tory Horton, AJ Barner, and Elijah Arroyo could become major factors.
More down to opponent luck than anything else.1) Our home field advantage now sucks. Pains me to say that but the record doesn’t lie. 1-2 at home this year to 3-0 on the road. This has to be one of the more perplexing stats about this team I can think of at the moment.
I did not mean it the way that our pass rush is not good. I meant to say the pass rush can win this game and I hope McD focuses on that. It should help the backups who make up our current secondary.Maybe I’m reading this wrong but the way it’s written it sounds like we have been having trouble getting to the passer. Is that how you meant it to come across? Our pass rush has been phenomenal this season. The only game we truly had an issue with it was the Bucs game and they came right back for 7 sacks this week. The Bucs are a good team and very well coached. Our front 7 is the saving grace of this defense. Getting pressure won’t be a problem. Containing the qb when he decides
To take off is where there could be a problem.
If you want to be concerned about our defense I’d be much more worried about the quick passing game because our current DBs can’t seem to cover 75% of the time.
Totally.Ya mean like yesterday?![]()
People round these parts used to have a saying….Can we change their name back to Oilers?
I hope you're right. I foresee the final score being more like a 6- or 7-point differential.win by 3 TDs, if not more.
Kudos for receiving critical feedback on your post, not getting butt-hurt over it, and clarifying what you meant.I did not mean it the way that our pass rush is not good. But yeah, I see why it was taken that way.

Thank you. That was a very nice thing to sayKudos for receiving critical feedback on your post, not getting butt-hurt over it, and clarifying what you meant.

Hawks record on MNF is good, right?I'm just hoping a little Monday Night magic can offset our homefield DISadvantage.
