If Williams did it it was necessary. Agree on the K9 penalty. That was really stupid of him to throw the ball like that but the unsportmanlike should have been called on the guy who intentionally twisted his leg. I found the officiating crew Thursday night to be somewhat questionable throughout. But at least they got the short kickoff right when it REALLY counted. I would have missed that one.

They haven't dropped fines for week 4 yet. Williams' fine was for week 3. Let's wait and see for outrage on this one.
I’ve been outraged since it happened

My outrage is based on the refs not flagging it real time.

But hopefully the NFL was/is paying attention and will fine the dude.

IMO any action on field that is done intentionally and has potential to cause an injury that could result in the loss of a player or his ability to play, should not only be fined, it should come with a suspension.

*aside from the natural play of the game within the rules.
