That's kinda violent if you ask me
Yeah, and we were in section 133, so not exactly the 300 level "general population" crowd if you know what I mean. The worst part wasn't what that guy screamed in her face, it was every Seahawk fan around us either laughing or pretending they didn't hear it. At least security did their job so I didn't have to go to jail that day. I've never been more embarrassed and ashamed at the same time. Last game I've ever gone to in Seattle and most likely never return. Pretty sad, really.

We like to protect our home turf. We got a lot of ruffians in the crowd. Blue collared dock workers, loggers and fishermen drunk as all get out and loud af. Be ready for it
Well it sure was like that in the Kingdome. Today the blue collar crowd is either priced out, opted out or dead.
We were 3-6 at home last year. Probably the reason most of the national media isn't giving us much of a ranking this year. Need to re-establish HFA.

I believe it. As much as I love the Seahawks this fan base is mostly brain dead and aggressive, It's a major reason why I don't like to watch football with Seahawks fans because they really do say and react to the dumbest shit. Not as bad as some fan bases but close

Do you still live in Washington with some of us? This answer is obvious if you ask me.......... I'm Liberal but our state is dumb as hell rofl

No sir, I bailed in 1987.

Saw the writing on the wall and migrated to Texas.

Still love my home state and visit as often as possible but I’d be a complete basket case if I had to endure the idiotic mind set on a daily basis.
Although I’d love to elaborate, I’d be breaking the rules.

Pre-game yesterday, they did a skit where they got to toss out a playoff team from last season, and add who they thought were going this season.

9ers and cards got added by a couple, not a single mention of the Seahawks.
Either I’m completely blinded by my homerism or they are effin’ stupid.

Suppose time alone will tell.

In the late 80's my buddy who is an awesome guy and born & raised in Washington took his then 6 year old son to the Kingdome to see the Hawks vs Cardinals. A little back story. My friend was years earlier stationed in St. Louis in the marine corp and the Cards had become his 2nd team.

They walked to the Kingdome with his son dressed in Seahawk jersey and hat and him with Cardinals jersey & hat.
Wayne Cody was outside the stadium and interviewed father and son which my buddy said was really cool.
I guess things went pretty well until St. Louis took the lead and eventually won the game.
In that span of time they were pelted by popcorn, beer and obscenities in intermittent fashion. In the midst of it all he stood up faced the aggressors and said, "Hey! I'm a Seahawk fan from Washington, I've got my boy here. The Cardinals are my 2nd team." Or something to that effect.
If the Hawks hadn't lost it probably wouldn't have went that way.
My buddy admitted it probably wasn't the wisest choice to don the red but that kind of treatment with his son present was in poor taste.

I think this little story could serve as a learning exercise for us all.
It's a game my friends.

I’ll be completely honest.

My wife and I have been to Seahawk away games at almost every stadium.

Although there has been banter and back n forth, we have NEVER had a problem anywhere.

I believe problems can and do happen, and many times they happen w/o provocation, but I honestly think that people get treated according to how they act.
I tend to understand what it means to be in a house other than my own, not sure everyone does.

True , but I've visited different stadiums and never had much issue yet at Arrowhead everyone was a dick down to the little lady that took out tickets at the stadium. Maybe they were all having a crappy ,no good very bad day.
Gamedays, I guess are stressful in KC for the employees?
It's not a good excuse but people act out under stress.

They've been doing this since at least 2013; it's nothing new.

Seattle is in the top 5 for crime in 2024, it really does make sense
I wonder how that happened..

Mostly peaceful riots ?
Defunding police ?
Legal possession of narcotics?

We really need to look into it.

Holy ****. People are posting Breitbart articles?!?! They’re about as reliable as a lunatic screaming on top of a soapbox at the bus depot. An organization run by absolute clowns.
