Which potential cuts most likely would not clear waivers?

Haynes?
White?
Cabledue?
Martinez?

I don't think any of them would be claimed. Other teams might offer 1 or 2 of them PS places if the players fancied their chances with another team. Of the players listed Haynes would be the most likely to be poached based purely on his Draft status. Cabledue would be the player most likely to make a 53-man roster in 2026.

Fans generally have an inflated opinion on their own roster cuts. The other 31 teams are also doing these calculations about their own players being released. I'm not real worried we'll lose a "critical" piece. If a player is that important he won't be released.

MVS just becomes a free agent immediately if released right? I honestly don’t know but I think 4 years tenure is the trigger.

MVS wouldn't be subject to waiver claims. He would pocket the $3M he is owed and wait for a $2M+ offer to materialise after Week1.

I watched Dan Viens last night and he said only 2% of all players cut get picked up by other teams. Not sure of his source but that actually sounds very accurate.
