I think my concern here with all the 'this is the right move' stuff is it's looking more and more like this was Geno's plan, not ours.
Schultz comes out and reports that Geno requested the trade.
Then Condotta reports Geno's camp turned down our offer but made no counteroffer.
Then, after being on the trade block for less than 24 hours, dude gets to go play for his favorite coach, in Las Vegas, and is probably getting a bag.
And, all the reporting of who the Seahawks are 'linked' with is just a list of basically every single FA QB that essentially every team who suddenly found themselves needing a QB would supposedly be looking at. Oh, Seattle's looking at Sam Darnold? Just like the Jets, Giants, Steelers, etc., etc. But don't worry, we're super-special-secret looking at him...
