The thing about Geno is he's been actively talking about a new contract since the 2024 preseason. He's made several mentions of a new contract and being paid his due. I do not think that this is nothing. I would not be surprised in the least if he decides to hold out. This to me indicates that JS is either not negotiating or negotiations aren't going the way Geno wants them to go.

Personally, I do not want to extend Geno, nor do I think he's worth extending at current QB market rates.
